Day 1 – Arrival in Arusha

Arrival in Arusha. Private transfer to your hostel for a pre-trek briefing. Spend the evening exploring Arusha’s vibrant markets or relaxing at the hostel

Day 2 – Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut

Drive to Marangu Gate. Begin your trek through lush rainforest teeming with wildlife such as colobus monkeys and colorful bird species. Reach Mandara Hut by late afternoon

Day 3 – Mandara to Horombo Hut

Trek to Horombo Hut. Ascend through heathland with views of Mawenzi Peak and unique vegetation, including giant lobelias and groundsels. A scenic and rewarding day

Day 4 – Full Day Acclimatization

Acclimatization day at Horombo Hut. Take a short hike to Mawenzi Ridge for spectacular vistas and to prepare your body for higher altitudes. Return to Horombo Hut to rest..

Day 5 – Horombo to Kibo Hut

Trek to Kibo Hut. Cross the barren and otherworldly Saddle, a high-altitude desert between Mawenzi and Kibo peaks. Prepare for your summit attempt at Kibo Hut.

Day 6 – Summit Day

Summit day! Begin your ascent at midnight under the starlit sky. Reach Gilman’s Point at dawn and continue to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. Celebrate your achievement before descending to Horombo Hut.

Day 7 – Descend

Descend through lush rainforest to Marangu Gate. Receive your summit certificate and transfer back to Arusha for rest, celebration, and reflection on your incredible journey.

Day 8 – Departure

Departure. Enjoy a leisurely morning in Arusha before your private transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Leave with unforgettable memories of your Kilimanjaro adventure
